It's really a mind bugging dilemma to guys as to how to compliment a girl. Some girls prefer being called cute others sexy or sometimes gorgeous. There are a lot of ear-pleasing adjectives out there but we will be focusing on two very opposing and yet very beautiful compliment: pretty and smart. So, which is which?

Smart is Overall Personality While Being Pretty is Only Physical

“ Damn, you're really smart girl!”

My first instinct “yay!”. Which I again refrain from. I just say thank you with the widest grin possible. You see, Being smart is not HOW you look. It's what you ARE. Anyone can be pretty, But not many are considered smart.

Well, smartness is not only based on their grades. It's how a woman brings herself. It's how she reacts to certain situations. And, even if she is under pressure, she can still manage.

Being Pretty is Everything

 I was beautiful. I got better service in restaurants and free drinks in bars, and I learned that stares from people on the street didn't necessarily mean my fly was open. Every compliment was a balm on my fragile teenage ego.

Most of the times since physical appearance is the first thing a person notices. Pretty ladies have more chances of being treated better than the rest, right?

Well, never let these labels run your life. You are amazing, smart and beautiful just the way you are. Go girl!
